At Reiki Level 1 you receive an attunement and learn how to use the Reiki energy for hands on sessions, both to heal yourselves and others. It opens up the channels in the body for Reiki to flow. It’s a connection to Divine Source at a higher level than that attained through ordinary meditation. Once the connection is made, it is available to you for life, if you choose to use the energy. First degree Reiki provides you with the necessary empowerment necessary to start your own healing and to channel Reiki healing for others.

In Mentored Reiki Level 1 Training Program, the focus is placed on gently and safely opening up your Reiki channels.  The purpose of your first assignments is to become familiar with how this energy flows through you, and to heal yourself first before acting as a channel of healing to others. We will explore Reiki and how to apply to every day life in a more meaningful way than what is possible with only a weekend training. You will:

• Increase your confidence in your healing abilities
• Learn the history of Reiki
• Meet your spirit guide
• Learn how to use hands on healing on yourself and friends
• Receive sacred attunements to become a Reiki Channel
• Receive email support from me
• Build a network of Reiki practitioners and like-minded people, so you're not trying to figure it all on your own.
• Complete 21 self-Reiki treatments
• Complete 7 case studies where you gift Reiki to others
• Receive 3 Reiki sessions 
• Receive your Level 1 Reiki Certificate

You will need to complete case studies and assignments every month to help you with your continued practice. These are the key elements that will help you grow your confidence and your ease in using Reiki.  In the event that you are unable to complete the assignments within the timeframe of the Program, you will still receive your certificate - with the understanding that you will complete the assignments before being accepted in Reiki Level 2.
